• Overall responsibility for communicating design information amongst all project team members.
• Establishing and maintaining procedures with design professionals, consultants, owner, and subcontractors for information flow, approvals, meetings, reporting, applications for payment by Design Consultants, and others as applicable.
• Developing and managing consultants’ scopes of services, contracts and variations, budgets and design schedules working with Project Manager and Technical office.
